Ciocolata taiata in bucati se pune intr-un vas rezistent la caldura, cratita pe care o punem, la randul ei, intr-un vas cu apa fierbinte. Am lasat ciocolata sa se topeasca incet. ¡Asigurati-va ca fundul vasului in care aveti ciocolata nu atinge apa! Pe o folie de copt, in diferite forme, cu ajutorul unei linguri punem ciocolata.</div>

Apoi am pregatit maiaua: o mana de faina, pliculetele de drojdie si cateva linguri din laptele amestecat deja cu zaharul si vaniliile. Amestecam ingredientele pana se formeaza o pasta – aluat - se lasa la dospit, timp de 15 – 20 minute.</div>

Le punem intr-o tava pentru cozonac tapetata cu ulei si faina. Lasam cozonacii la crescut - pentru 20 de minute, la loc caldut. Dupa ce cozonacii au crescut ii ungem cu un ou mixat. <br />

Dupa cum "amenitam" acum cateva zile...particip la concursul organizat de Dr. Oetker - "Imbogateste aromele toamnei". <br />

Cum decurge acest concurs? Pai ...destul de simplu...se anunta dorinta de participare, cei de la Dr. Oetker trimit un retetar din care se alege o reteta, iar participantul se angajeaza sa o super prepare :)...Dupa aceasta faza, cei de la Dr. Oetker trimit toate ingredientele necesare prepararii retetei :)...Scopul concursului este sa-mi demonstrez maestria in "prajiturit"..hihiihih<br />

Am ales prajitura cu pere si scortisoara :)...In momentul in care am ales mega prajiturica ... stiam ca va fi o provocare si asa a fost...Prajitura este usor de facut, iar rezultatul este yummmy, yummy, yummy :) Dupa cum se stie...sunt incepatoare in aceasta meserie, dar cuzinaritul ma relaxeaza si ma binedispune :) In timpul prepararii am avut si ceva incidente - la un moment dat apare in ecuatie si putin vin - element perturbator pentru detectorul meu de gaze care a reactionat si a intrerupt, in mod brutal, cuzinaritul :) dar nah....aceste momente dau savoare gatitului si rezultate maxime produsului finit :)<br />

Astazi am ales ceapa. Inainte de a pregati salata de ceapa...fiti siguri ca nu primiti oaspeti :). <br />
Ceapa este una dintre cele mai vechi plante de cultura. Are putine calorii si "radacini" in antichitate: vechii egipteni venerau ceapa - forma sferica si inelele concentrice simbolizau viata eterna. Exista dovezi in sprijinul acestei teorii...s-au gasit resturi de ceapa in mormantul faraonului Ramses al IV-lea!!!<br />
